With Jesus, we’re all one

There’s a whole lot of stirring going on in the western world right now over divisive racial issues.  It doesn’t surprise me, I expected there’d be something after people were penned up over this so-called pandemic.  It makes a mockery of of all the Covid-19 restrictions thhough, especially distancing.  Someone in the US said, “I don’t know whether to wear a mask or carry a gun!”

Let’s give God his due, rather than the devil.  I’m glad that with God, we all matter, and we’re all one.

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”  Galatians 3:28

In these troubled times, it’s good to keep our eyes on the Lord.  There’s power in unity.  Here’s a clip from five years ago, I thought it would be good to play now.  Be blessed.

And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying:

“Blessing and honor and glory and power
Be to Him who sits on the throne,
And to the Lamb, forever and ever!”

Revelation 5:13 New King James Version (NKJV)

My second book: ‘The End, The Wayfarer’s Guide to the Apocalypse.’

Greetings for 2020.  I haven’t posted here for a while as I’ve been working on my second book, ‘The End, The Wayfarer’s Guide to the Apocalypse.’  Unlike my first book which is about the Kingdom within, this is about the world to come – the Kingdom, the power and the glory.

I wrote it to counter the doom and gloom of the climate change message being propagated by the media and those affiliated with the United Nations.

My advice is don’t listen to it.  Turn your TV off and consult the Bible. Ask the Lord what He has to say.  Compare the Word of God to the climate change message.  You’ll find, if you don’t know already, that it’s quite different.

Wayfarer, red moon and shadowWriting the book in 2019, I became mindful of that.   I wanted to show how different the Bible narrative is.  The Book of Revelation, the last book of the Bible is a marvelous book.   I wanted to do it justice.  Not wanting to make it a boring Bible study, I made the book a questioning journey through the Bible inside a study, where I became a character called “Wayfarer” on a journey through the Apocalypse.

It’s been a strange journey, it’s taken me more than a year to complete. I’ve been at times amazed, puzzled, baffled, frustrated, astonished and rewarded – and I’ve come out with a deeper appreciation of the enigmatic mind behind the last book of the Bible.

Here’s the link for ‘The End, The Wayfarer’s Guide to the Apocalypse   I recommend the book to all with an interest in end times.

For a limited time, if you contact me I will offer the book or my first book “The Kingdom, Here Be Dragons, Here Be Dreams” free for a review.

I wish you all the best for this decade and beyond as we await the coming of the true Kingdom.

God’s sign language

Einstein quote, coincidenceWhat do you think about coincidences?  Is it God trying to get our attention?  Or, as Einstein said, “a small miracle where God chooses to remain anonymous?”

I think people often get signs and dismiss them as coincidences.  I don’t dismiss them, you can miss out on a lot when you do that.

Have you experienced God trying to get your attention?  Has He tried to sign to you or speak to you with a word?  To hear, you must have the Word.  Hearing comes from the Word.

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17

There are two kinds of Words in the Bible, LOGOS for general application and RHEMA for personal application, where the Holy Spirit will speak directly to you, bringing  revelation.

I think hearing with the Rhema word is something that is caught rather than taught.  When I heard people say ‘they heard from the Lord,’ I’d think ‘how?’  In time I caught on after meditating on the Bible.

If you don’t have the Word, you will be deaf and He will sign.

God communicated by sign until I understood the Word.  Now the sign and the Word tend to work together.

Here’s a practical example of a sign working with the Word;
My mother died with a row of sevens accompanying her.  She died at 7pm on the 7th day of the 7th month, aged 77.

The link is here if you want to read more and see the video I made for her.

Coincidence?  Noticing all the sevens, I asked the Lord if it was a sign.  The answer was in the affirmative.  He explained to me that Heaven is a place of rest, and He’d sent the sign wanting to reassure us she was at rest.

From the Word He showed me where Heaven is mentioned as the “seventh-day rest” in the Bible.  The Sabbath day is the seventh day;

There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest … Hebrews 4:9

God used signs all the way through the Bible.  It’s standard operating procedure for him.

The sign either precedes or follows the Rhema word.

GUWG-Faith-CompassThe Word is like a compass, the sign is like a landmark, and the discovery is like orienteering, navigating, or tracking.  You have to read and look.

My book is based on how the Lord guided me using His Word, coincidences, visions and dreams, with signs accompanying.

It’s the number one thing I hope to convey to the reader of my book – how to look for God and hear Him.

After His death and resurrection, the Lord worked with the apostles confirming His word with signs.

“And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.”  Mark 16:20

He is still doing it today, because Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 13:18

We just need eyes to see and ears to hear.  Matthew 13:15-17

The return of the King

In my story the Kingdom, I have imagined the King to be like Aragorn in the Lord of the Rings.  Aragorn is a King but to the Hobbits he is a ranger called Strider, their guide and protector.  If you watched the Return of the King, you saw Strider become ho he was born to be; the King of Gondor.

Aragorn

The story reminds me of our own world.  Right now, we’ve got our own nightmare version of Mordor with the eye of Sauron (Horus) glaring at us and enemies pouring out the gates, bent on conquest.

The Church has been holding back the darkness for 2,000 years, but the lights are going out in places.  The tiny nation of Israel is holding the Jihadists back in the Middle East.  They are God’s chosen people and an outpost of freedom, but Christians are persecuted elsewhere.

As I write this ancient churches with Aramaic speaking Christians are being wiped out in Syria and Iraq.  Europe is in peril with its large Moslem populations.  The most common name for babies from Brussels to Oslo is now “Mohammed”.  It doesn’t bode well for the West.

And that’s just one of the world’s problems.  The Phoenix is rising.  We’ve got the Illuminati and the banksters thinking they’re the chosen ones, and they want to rule a depopulated world with us as their slaves.

All of this has been foretold in the Bible.  We await the return of our King in the second coming of Christ.  This is not a vain hope.  The Bible says in 2 Peter 3:5-9  I have paraphrased it here;

Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation …..

But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.  The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”

Jesus will defeat Satan and sit on the throne at Jerusalem.  Israel who was back in their land in unbelief will look on their Messiah, the one they have pierced, and weep as God pours out on them a spirit of grace and supplication.  (Zechariah 12:10).

We are familiar with Jesus portrayed as a lamb – gentle, meek and mild … although I don’t like the pictures and statues where He is forever on the cross, or he’s the little baby Jesus sitting on Mary’s lap.  He’s little and she’s really big!  I don’t think so.  He was her Lord.  But what does He look like, as a King?  Does the Bible show us?

On the Lord’s day nealy 2,000 years ago, the apostle John saw Jesus as a King.  Here is what John  saw.  I’ve written it as a story;

Lion 1The Throne Room (Book of Revelation, chapter 5)

The man called John stood before the throne of God speechless with wonder.  Was he dead?  He pinched himself.  The last thing he could remember was an open door.  Now he was here.  He looked down at his feet.  What was he standing on?  The floor looked like a sea of glass, clear as crystal.  The colours reflected there were indescribable.

A rainbow that shone like an emerald encircled the one on the throne.  In front of the throne, seven lamps were blazing.  The one on the throne was resplendent in amber and ruby coloured light.  Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders dressed in white with crowns of gold upon their heads.

In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures unlike anything the man had ever beheld on Earth.  The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like an eagle.  Each of the four living creatures had six wings with eyes all around, even under their wings.

From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder.  The court was in session.

In the right hand of the one who sat on the throne was a scroll with writing on both sides, sealed with seven seals. A mighty angel proclaimed in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?”  No one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it.

The man wept and wept because no one was worthy to open the scroll or look inside.  He wept because the scroll held the title deed to the world – which Adam had lost.  No man could get it back, they were a fallen race.

Lion of JudahThen one of the elders looked from his throne and said to the man, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”

The man remembered that long ago in Egypt Jacob had prophesied;

“You are a lion’s cub, Judah; you return from the prey, my son. Like a lion he crouches and lies down, like a lioness–who dares to rouse him?
The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until he to whom it belongs shall come and the obedience of the nations shall be his. Genesis 49:9

Wiping away his tears he beheld Judah’s descendant, the Lion of God.

The Lion took the scroll from the right hand of the one who sat on the throne. John could see the scars from where the Lamb had been slain.  With his blood he had purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation. He made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve the one on the throne, and they were to reign on the earth.

The Lamb would return as the Lion.  The obedience of the nations would be his.  Holding the scroll, the King roared.

The elders and four creatures around the throne worshiped him, along with angels numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand.  The Lion of God shook his mane of hair and accepted their worship.  One word came from them all; “WORTHY!”
